Kendrick Jennings brings a versatile skill set to his roles, playing a wide range of instruments including flute, upright bass, and guitar. His primary focus, however, lies in mastering electric bass and piano. Since 2022, Kendrick has been an integral part of the Lemon Grove After School Music Program, where he teaches violin to elementary and middle school students and offers private guitar lessons. His musical versatility is showcased through his performances across a variety of styles such as zydeco, swing, classical, jazz, pop, rock, folk, and soul, both locally in San Diego and internationally.

As the leader and founder of the band Earth Tones since 2019, Kendrick plays multiple roles including bassist, guitarist, pianist, and harmony vocalist. He also oversees the production and contributes significantly to the songwriting and arrangement of the band's music. His experience and leadership have not only shaped his career but also enriched the musical landscape of the communities he engages with.
